Dayforce - Strategic Workforce Planning (formerly Agentnoon, YC W22) - Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

8-month product engineering co-op on Dayforce's workforce planning and org design product, built by the team formed from Dayforce's 2025 acquisition of Agentnoon (YC W22), inside its enterprise HCM platform serving 6M+ users.

Built a Go HTTP proxy that intercepts AI agent tool calls to external APIs, enforcing rule-based governance policies with argument-aware risk scoring across read, write, delete, and financial actions, surfaced through a React dashboard with audit logs and shadow verdicts. Evolved the product into chox-cli, a local-first TypeScript CLI and MCP server that mines Claude Code and Codex session history to detect recurring cross-agent handoffs and run gated context relays between agents; published to npm with 500+ downloads.

Refactored and upgraded LAMP-based web applications, reducing production friction across internal workflows. Standardized AWS EC2 development environments for 5+ developers, improving release reliability and test consistency.
